Track your order via the USPS website.

We are based in New Jersey, and ship from the United States. In some cases special order watches may be shipped from the Manufacturer. In this case please go to ems.com

All Domestic Orders are shipped via the United States Post Office.

For our Mexican customers, we prefer to use DHL. They are very dependable in Mexico.

For our European customers we use the United states Post Office, which continues with your local Postal service.

Shipping and Handling Fees

1. Domestic Orders: $8.95. Average delivery time is 5-6 business days.

2. Domestic Overnight Delivery: $34.90 within the U.S only, Usually received in 24-48 hours

3. International Delivery: $36.50. Average delivery time is 7-10 days using USPS express mail. ( signature required )

3. Canada Shipping: $29.00 via USPS, Purilator. Average delivery time is 5-6 business days.

* We do not guarantee domestic delivery times, therefore, shipping charges will not be refunded. International order taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

** Incorrect Address Fee: $15.00. The customer is responsible for the charge if we are unable to deliver the package to the address provided.

*** We will not deliver packages with out signature unless otherwise authorized.

**** All Shipping options include a postal tracking number sent via email once your order has been processed and completed.
